The objective of this agreement is for the Western Shasta Resource Conservation District to implement and expand the spawning gravel augmentation program on Clear Creek by adding gravel at the Placer Road Bridge and Reading Bar injection sites to increase the quantity and quality of anadromous fish spawning habitat.
