Kelli graduated from Shasta College in 2015 with an AS in Agricultural Trades and a Certificate in Forestry/Natural Resources. Following graduation, she immediately went to work with the US Forest Service as a Range Technician. Hired by the RCD in August 2016 as a Forestry Technician, she quickly began taking on the responsibilities of the Field Crew Supervisor and was promoted to Chief of Field Operations and the District Safety Officer. Kelli obtained her Qualified Applicator Certificate in April of 2017, and oversees all aspects of the WSRCD Field Operations, including hiring and managing all field crew personnel, purchasing and maintaining field equipment and vehicles, scheduling personnel and equipment for all WSRCD Projects, and developing and maintaining all field and office safety protocols for the WSRCD. Kelli also orders materials and supplies for all projects and oversees the delivery and tracking of these orders to ensure that all materials and supplies are correctly distributed to the associated projects.
