California law requires local agencies to publish a list of “enterprise” systems. These are systems that are used across multiple departments or that contain information collected about the public and are systems that serve as original sources of data within an agency. Certain systems are exempt from this requirement. Learn more about this law.

practices. Contact our accessibility officer to report an issue.
Compliance Procedures and Reports
In addition to testing with users with a wide range of disabilities and coding our website to WCAG standards,
Western Shasta Resource Conservation District regularly scans its website to ensure ongoing compliance, and makes timely
changes to any inaccessible changes, if any are found.
