Melissa joined the WSRCD Board in 2018 and became the Board Vice President in 2019. Melissa attended the University of Nevada-Reno and received a Bachelor of Science in Environmental and Natural Resources Science in 2004. Melissa continued her education at the University of Nevada-Reno and received her Master of Science in Environmental Science and Health. Melissa is currently a Forestry and Natural Resources Instructor at Shasta College.
